We hope you will be very pleased with your purchase. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days from date on your invoice and be in original, undamaged packaging.*

 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

 

When returning items:

  • Please include: order number, description, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. Please note: P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded, we are also not responsible for any returns therefore please ensure you obtain a proof of postage with the correct level of insurance cover.

Delivery charges

Standard Delivery is charged at £4.95, we aim to despatch in stock items within 24 hours, therefore please allow 4 – 5 working days to receive your order.

 

Next Day Delivery is charged at £6.95 and is available to MAINLAND UK addresses only. Orders MUST be received by MIDDAY Monday to Thursday. (Mainland does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands or BFPO).

 

Delivery Exclusions

 

Please note: All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery.

 

Change or cancel an order

If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
